What Is Bimat?
An eye condition known as glaucoma (open-angle type) or other eye diseases (such as ocular hypertension) is treated with a drug known as Bimat Bimatoprost Eye Care that reduces the pressure within the eye as a result of high pressure inside the eye.
Treating high eye pressure can help prevent blindness by lowering the pressure within the eye. The mechanism by which this medication works is to maintain normal pressure within the eye by controlling the flow of fluid inside the eye.
It is an analog of a prostaglandin found in Bimat Eye Drop. It works by lowering the corresponding increase in eye pressure by increasing the flow of aqueous humor out of the eye.
How To Use Bimat?
It is used to treat certain types of glaucoma, and other causes of excessive eye pressure, by regulating fluid flow within the eye to maintain normal pressure. A condition known as hypotrichosis, a lack of eyelash growth, can also be improved with Bimat by enhancing the fullness, length, and color of the eyelashes.
What Are The Benefits Of Bimat?
This treatment increases fluid flow from inside the eye into the bloodstream, lowering the eye pressure caused by increased fluid inside the eye. Too much pressure in the eye or a lot of tearing in the eye can be detrimental to your vision.
Following your doctor’s instructions, you should take this medication regularly. Your eye pressure will not be controlled if you stop taking it, so you should not stop taking it.
As part of a treatment plan for glaucoma, an eye drop called Bimat Eye Drop is prescribed to help reduce the pressure within your eyes known as ocular hypertension (or ocular hypertension). You can use it as a stand-alone eye drop or combine it with other eye drops.
Do not use it too frequently, as it can hurt its effectiveness if you use it too often. It is important to only apply it to the eye that is affected and to take it regularly as prescribed by your doctor when it comes to the eye. As soon as you stop taking it, you cannot control the pressure in your eye.
The Directions For Use Are As Follows:
As directed by your doctor, apply this medication to the affected eye or eyes, usually once a day in the evening, as directed. Bimatoprost should not be used more often because it won’t work as well as it used to.
The first thing you should do before applying eye drops is to wash your hands. It is essential to avoid contaminating the dropper tip by touching it or letting it touch your eye or any other surface, for that matter.
A preservative in Bimatoprost may stain contact lenses if used with contact lenses. Before using your eye drops, make sure that you remove your contact lenses if you are wearing them. Before putting back your contact lenses, you must wait at least 15 minutes after each dose before you do so.
